When walking through the learning spaces at St Clare’s College, Waverly, you’d never guess that this project was fully delivered and installed in just 2 days. Consisting of a music room, staff room, computer room and numerous learning spaces, this incredible space was transformed to create a true learning hub.
Before the space was dull and underutilised, with staff and students finding that rooms cluttered and disorganised, struggling to make the space work for their lessons. To combat this, the Civic team worked directly with the college to understand their needs and wants, ensuring that we maximised the use and functionality of the space.
With staff desiring a variety of flexible working spaces, the Civic team worked to develop unique learning zones – from cosy booths where students can quietly work on group projects to a campfire inspired class setting that encourages collaborative learning.
