With the students and staff quickly outgrowing the facilities, the team at St Philip’s realised they needed to come up with a plan for the future – and that plan began with a new building designed specifically for students in year 9 to 12.
Desiring to create a space that gave students a sense of adulthood and maturity, the school approached Civic Australia to create furniture that supported their vision. The furniture needed to be robust and durable, whilst modern and stylish, creating a space that felt less like a school and more like a corporate environment.
